This Policy describes Rubiq measures to combat money laundering, terrorist financing, and other unlawful activity, and its user-identification procedures.
General provisions
You confirm that you act on your own behalf, use your own funds, and provide accurate information. Rubiq may review transactions before, during, and after processing.
Purpose of checks
Checks help prevent use of the Service for laundering criminal proceeds, terrorist financing, fraud, sanctions evasion, and other unlawful activity.

We may request documents confirming your identity, residential address, source of funds, or right to use a bank card or crypto wallet.
Transaction monitoring
We analyse request parameters, transaction history, and publicly available blockchain data, with particular attention to higher-risk transactions.

Rubiq may pause a request, ask for additional information, or refuse an exchange if there are reasonable grounds for concern.
Bank cards
Only a bank card issued to the user who created the request may be used for payment.
