Rubiq
Terms of Use
Publication date: September 14, 2026
These Terms govern use of the Rubiq website and services. By creating a request or using the Service, you accept them.
Definitions
Service means Rubiq and its website. A User is an individual using the Service; a Request is an instruction to exchange digital assets or fiat funds under the displayed conditions.
Access to the Service
You confirm that you are old enough to enter into agreements in your jurisdiction, act on your own behalf, and do not use the Service for unlawful activity.
Creating and processing a request
The exchange rate, limits, payment methods, and request details are displayed before a request is created. You must verify the amount, payment details, and wallet address.
Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, use only your own bank card and crypto wallet, keep access to a request private, and comply with the AML and KYC Policy.
Checks and security
Rubiq may carry out AML/KYC checks, request documents, and pause a request until the check is complete.
Refusal to process a request
The Service may refuse an exchange where there are signs of fraud, breach of these Terms, use of third-party funds, inaccurate information, or other legal or financial risks.
Liability
You are responsible for the accuracy of payment details and wallet addresses. Rubiq is not responsible for losses caused by user error, payment systems, blockchain networks, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. A new version takes effect when published on the website unless it states a different effective date. Continued use means acceptance of the current version.
