How to exchange USDT for Argentine pesos (ARS)
Exchanging USDT for Argentine pesos involves two separate steps: sending USDT on the supported network and receiving pesos to an Argentine payment account. Review the quote and payment details before confirming your request.
Check the network and quote
Rubiq currently accepts USDT on TRON using the TRC-20 network for this direction. Make sure your sending wallet also uses TRC-20. A token with the same name on another network is not interchangeable for a transfer.
Enter the amount in the calculator and review the displayed rate, minimum and maximum. The available amount can change with operating conditions, so use the quote shown when you create the request.
Provide the account for your ARS payout
Enter the recipient CVU carefully. Check every digit and make sure the account can receive Argentine pesos. A typo can delay a payout or send it to the wrong account.
Before submitting, review the amount, quote and destination details on the request. Keep the request page available so you can follow its status.
Review the quote before you submit
Use the calculation shown for your current request as the reference for the exchange. A general market price may differ from the amount offered for a particular transaction, and the available limits can change.
Check the USDT amount, the ARS payout and the recipient details together. If anything is incorrect, fix it before sending USDT and creating an on-chain transfer.
Send USDT and follow the request
After the request is created, send the exact amount of USDT to the deposit address shown in the request, using TRC-20. Sending a different amount or using another network can prevent automatic matching.
Blockchain confirmation and payout processing take time. Follow the status shown for your request and contact support if the status does not update. Additional checks may be required under the service terms.
If the ARS payout is delayed
Check the request page first: it shows whether the transfer has been detected and what stage the payout has reached. Keep the request number and the transaction ID from your wallet until the exchange is complete.
If the status needs attention, contact support with the request number and relevant payment details. Avoid creating a second request for the same exchange while the first one is still being processed.
